2. Emergency Text Message Alerts and Enrollment

ALICE Gunshot Detection Solutions operates SMS notification programs for emergency alerts, gunshot detection notifications, safety communications, monitoring center communications, testing notifications, account notices, and system status updates.

Recipients are enrolled by authorized administrators of participating organizations. Before adding a recipient's mobile number, the administrator must certify that they have obtained the recipient's prior express consent to receive SMS notifications through Assisted Response™.

After a mobile number is added, the recipient receives a one-time enrollment invitation message that identifies ALICE Gunshot Detection Solutions, explains the notification program, includes message frequency disclosures, message and data rate disclosures, HELP and STOP instructions, and links to this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

Recipients must reply YES to confirm enrollment before receiving emergency notifications.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT.

Users may request assistance by replying HELP or INFO.

Opting out may prevent users from receiving emergency notifications, active shooter alerts, gunshot detection alerts, safety communications, testing notifications, and other important messages.
